We are currently seeking accounts payable candidates to join our Invoice Processing Division located in Cranford, New Jersey.  Telesoft has partnered with our clients to assume responsibility of managing their telecommunication expenses. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Preparation of client’s telecom invoices for loading (manual/master feed process)
• Data entry of client’s invoices into Telesoft’s proprietary software application, and through electronic loading
• Validate invoice data entered; invoice date, vendor remit, expense categories, invoice amount and accounting distributions
• Monitor client invoices to ensure expected invoices are received and loaded monthly
• Allocate charges to client’s cost center and GL based on client specific rules
• Reconcile circuit/line inventory
• Interact with internal staff and client as required, including vendors to resolve billing issues/disputes
• Identify opportunities for process improvement
• Maintain the highest quality customer service and promote a positive attitude

General Requirements:

• 1+ years data entry experience with demonstrated high degree of quality
• Experience with Excel, Word and Outlook Email
• Ability to work under pressure with strict deliverable times
• Strong customer service orientation with ability to work in a team environment
• Telecom experience a plus
