Telesoft, a software development company specializing in telecom and IT asset spend control, has an immediate opening for a Software Implementation Analyst. The Software Implementation Analyst will lead the delivery of Telesoft’s software implementation professional services to our customers. This position blends a unique skill set of being a manager and a technical contributor who will have the overall responsibility of driving all facets of the project.

Primary Responsibilities

• Player / coach responsible for managing client from contract signing to handoff to customer support upon project completion
• Own client relationship including kickoff and walk through of information gathering phase to successful testing and sign-off
• Manage and escalate internally and externally if projects risk missing key milestones
• Viewed as the single point of contact and key stakeholder during the implementation period
• Responsible for maintaining and distributing a weekly project plan to all parties involved with the project
  

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent experience and training required.
• 2-4 years of Project Management experience (PMI designation a plus)
• Prior telecommunications billing/circuit/inventory experience desired
• Understanding of customer’s system integration requirements (Prior System integration a plus)
• Working knowledge of product management tools including Microsoft suite of tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio and Project)  
• Knowledge of software product development processes and project life cycle
• Accounting and Accounting systems experience preferred

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities necessary to present complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner to various levels of a technical and business audience.
• Effective risk management and escalation skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to handle groups of people (including C level) in presentation and classroom training situations
• Excellent problem solving skills required.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills needed.
• Ability to prioritize and estimate time needed to accomplish tasks.
• Travel required approximately 5-20%
