Thierry Zerbib
Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder

Thierry is a twenty-seven year veteran of the Telecom industry and recognized pioneer in the Telecommunications Expense Management market. As Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder, Thierry saw the business need and impact of automating and simplifying the telecom expense management lifecycle. Thierry built the vision and technology framework for Telesoft’s integrated management platform, helping clients dramatically reduce telecom expenses to improve their bottom-line. Thierry holds dual degrees in computer science and math from the Tel Aviv University in Tel Aviv, Israel.

Kevin Donoghue
President, Telesoft

Kevin has over twenty years of extensive sales and management experience and a proven track record of building successful companies in the enterprise software industry. Kevin is responsible for leading company strategy and operations at Telesoft. Prior to joining Telesoft, he served as Vice President of Sales for NetPro Computing Inc., where he grew company revenue 200% over a four year period, ultimately resulting in a favorable acquisition by Quest Software in 2008. Previous positions include Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing, Intesource, Inc.; Vice President of Americas Operations, Viasoft, Inc.; and Sales Executive, IBM Corporation. Kevin holds dual degrees in both Accounting and Marketing from Drexel University. 

Brian Martin
President, Telesoft Recovery Corp.

As co-founder of Telesoft Recovery Corp., Brian has over fifteen years of experience in telecommunications expense management. Brian is responsible for managing east-coast operations including Telesoft’s audit and invoice management divisions. Prior to starting Telesoft Recovery Corp, Brian worked for two other telecommunications auditing companies managing audits for numerous Fortune 500 companies. Brian has an MBA in Financial Management from Pace University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Fairfield University.

Robert Sullivan
Executive Vice President, Telesoft Recovery Corp.

As co-founder of Telesoft Recovery Corp., Mr. Sullivan has over 22 years of experience performing and managing all aspects of telecom audits. Robert is primarily responsible for domestic tariff and contract analysis, having performed thousands of telecommunications audits and retrieved tens of millions of dollars in refunds.  Prior to joining the Telesoft team, Robert was Vice President for Brite Voice System’s Expense Management division (TSL/Vercuity) and Assistant Controller at Adler, Coleman & Co.  He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management.

Jay Lockett
Vice President, Engineering

Jay brings over ten years of experience in software systems development and information technology to Telesoft. Jay is responsible for Telesoft’s product and technology development including engineering, quality assurance, and documentation. Most recently, Jay was Senior Development Director at Quest Software, a $700M software company. Prior to that, Jay was the Director of Software Analysis and Quality Assurance at NetPro Computing, Inc. where he led the development and delivery of 21 products, 156 releases, and 8 new products. Jay holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems.

Joan Lara
Implementation Director

Joan brings over twenty years of telecom and deployment expertise, twelve of which are directly with Telesoft solutions. Joan manages all aspects of client deployment including project management, training, and implementation services. Joan has led hundreds of deployments, helping clients save millions of dollars with their Telesoft telecom expense management solutions.

Sharon Young
Outsourcing and Support Services Director

Sharon brings over twenty years of experience in telecom and support services. Sharon is responsible for managing Telesoft Support and Outsource Services. Prior to joining Telesoft, Sharon worked for American Express. Sharon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Arizona State University.

Heather Dunn
Marketing Director

Heather brings over ten years of marketing and technology experience to Telesoft. Heather is responsible for demand generation, solution marketing, and corporate communications. Prior to joining Telesoft, Heather served as Solution Marketing Director for Lumension. Previous positions include Product Marketing Director at NetPro Computing, Inc., Online Services Director at Destinator Technologies, and Training Services Director at iLinc Communications. Heather holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Arizona.
