Largest convenience retailer seeks to consolidate invoices, lower cost and identify vendor billing errors.

PHOENIX, AZ. (October 23, 2002) Telesoft Corp. the leader in telecommunications management, announced today that 7-Eleven, Inc. (NYSE: SE), the world's largest convenience retailer, has purchased Invoice Processing (IPS) to provide a Web-enabled solution that consolidates invoices, reduces vendor errors and lowers the overall cost of managing 7-Eleven stores more than 10,000 monthly telecommunications voice and data invoices for its close to 5,500 locations.

7-Eleven's nationwide operations will have real-time, Web access to critical invoice and vendor data, greatly improving invoice management and detection of billing errors while noticeably speeding the payment approval process.
