County of St. Louis Capitalizes on New Telecommunications Technology from Telesoft Corp.
Web-based call accounting software captures countywide telecom costs to reduce and control expenses.

PHOENIX, AZ. (November 12, 2002) Telesoft Corp., the leader in telecommunications management, expense validation and error recovery, announced a new agreement with County of St. Louis Minnesota. The County has contracted Telesoft Corp. to install software for managing telecommunication expenses that accurately charges back county departments based on actual usage called TelMaster Telemanagement Systems.

TelMaster will accurately charge-back to County departments all long distance, cellular, pager, calling card and other telecom expenses, provide an automated countywide directory and identify fraud, misuse and abuse. The automated software system provides authorized county employees access to their telecom expenses and other critical telecom data to reduce and improve control over these expenses.
