Web-based auditing software helps recover telecom overpayments, identify billing errors and rate discrepancies.
PHOENIX, AZ. (September 16, 2002) Telesoft Corp., the leader in telecommunications management, expense validation and error recovery, announced a new agreement with E*TRADE. The financial services company has contracted Telesoft Corp. to perform a Telecom Audit and purchased the telecom invoice auditing solution, IPS -- Invoice Processing System.
The Telesoft Audit will validate E*Trade's past telecom expenses as well as identify and recover refunds and credits for over-billings and payments. The automated Invoice Processing System provides authorized E*Trade employees access to critical invoice and vendor data to improve early detection of billing errors, incorrect rates or taxes and charges for discontinued services.
