TELESOFT CORP. Awarded Contract with Compaq Computer Corporation

PHOENIX, AZ. (February 16, 2001) Telesoft Corp. today reported the award of a three-year contract with Compaq Computer Corporation. Telesoft Corp. will provide Web-based outsourced telecommunications billing services covering more than 150 Compaq locations worldwide and servicing more than 125,000 lines. Compaq's global operations will have real-time, Web-based access to critical billing data, drastically speeding delivery of information to key personnel worldwide.
