Telesoft Expands Leadership Team & Unveils New Brand Identity

New Telesoft President, Vice President of Engineering, and Marketing Director Bring Expertise to Drive Company Growth

PHOENIX, AZ. (June 3, 2009)  Adding to its leadership team of seasoned industry veterans, Telesoft, trusted experts in fixed and mobile Telecom Expense Management (TEM) software and services, today announced the appointment of Kevin Donoghue as President, Jay Lockett as Vice President of Engineering, and Heather Dunn as Director of Marketing. In addition, the company also unveiled its new brand identity which better conveys its value proposition to IT Telecom and Financial professionals.

Bringing more than twenty years of extensive sales and management experience, Kevin is responsible for leading company strategy and operations at Telesoft. "I look forward to working with the management team to execute a strategy that ensures organizations can address their telecom expense management needs to improve their bottom-line," said Kevin Donoghue, President of Telesoft.

Prior to joining Telesoft, Kevin served as Vice President of Sales for NetPro Computing Inc., where he grew company revenue 200% over a four year period, ultimately resulting in a favorable acquisition by Quest Software in 2008. Previous positions include Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing at Intesource, Inc., Vice President of Americas Operations at Viasoft, Inc., and Sales Executive at IBM Corporation. Kevin holds dual degrees in both Accounting and Marketing from Drexel University.

Telesoft also appointed Jay Lockett as Vice President of Engineering and Heather Dunn as Marketing Director. Jay is responsible for Telesoft's product development and technologies including engineering, quality assurance, and documentation. Most recently, Jay was Senior Development Director at Quest Software, a $700M software company.

Heather is responsible for demand generation, solution marketing, and corporate communications. Most recently, Heather was Director of Solution Marketing at Lumension, a leading provider of operational endpoint security solutions.

In addition, the company unveiled its new brand identity which better conveys its value proposition to IT Telecom and Financial professionals.
