Telesoft Continues to Expand Management Team and Staff to Accomodate Company Growth
   
PHOENIX, AZ. (November 1, 2005) Telesoft Corp., the world leader in Total Cost Management, today announced three new appointments to its management team; Sharon Young, as Manager of Outsource Services, Pam Butts, as Manager of System Support and Information Services both effective November 1st and Jim Jones, as Manager of Research and Development and Programming effective November 15th.

As Manager of Outsource Services, Sharon will be responsible for customer service in meeting all service level deliverables in our outsourcing billing division. Sharon is a veteran Telesoft associate having been with the Company since 1992 in various customer service and management roles. Sharon has an extensive operational as well as project management background. Sharon has been a key resource in the outsource services division since its onset and replaces Sandra Bifolchi.

Under the leadership of Pam Butts, Manager of System Support and Information Services the two teams have been combined in our on-going effort to provide world-class technical support and customer service. We believe the synergy of this combination will enhance both hardware and software problem resolution and customer satisfaction. Pam Butts who formerly managed the Information Services department replaces Sandra Bifolchi in System Support. Ms. Butts has 14 years experience in systems support and network administration prior to joining Telesoft in 1998.

Jim Jones, Manager of Research and Development and Programming will be responsible for all future products and enhancements. This includes application design, architecture, and security and the operating systems platforms for all of our software products. Jim has been instrumental in the design and development of our Invoice Processing software and replaces Eric Thibeault who is relocating out of state.

In addition to the above, Karol Pascale, Manager of Requirements & Implementation joined Telesoft mid 2005 and is responsible for driving system installation delivery times and customer satisfaction. Under her leadership, the Requirements and Implementation teams have been restructured to combine resources and streamline processes. Additionally, Karol manages training, documentation and quality assurance. Karol possesses 15 years of applied experience in software implementations and is PMP certified. She replaces Melissa Frenyea.
