Telesoft Extends Globalization with International Solution Features
Telesoft Leads Industry
PHOENIX, AZ. (September 5, 2007) Telesoft Corporation, a leading provider of Telecom Expense Management (TEM) solutions, continues to expand its enterprise expense management solution with specific features that focus on internationalization within the TEM software solution.
"Value Added and Withholding Taxes are a couple key challenges faced by many enterprises doing business overseas," stated Ron Babich, Director of Sales and Marketing for Telesoft Corp. "The latest challenges are the ability to collect invoices in the country in which the invoice is received, validate for payment, create a scanned copy, and convert to the appropriate payment currency."
Babich also made note that privacy laws, localization of invoices, and other international specifics have been the ongoing driving force behind ongoing new features in TEM software.
"The demand to accommodate international processing has been outstanding and while we are ahead of the game with years of bill validation and global currency conversion of expenses, the opportunity to further continue Telesoft?s international features continues to provide exciting new challenges," said Babich.
The topic of internationalization was a popular one at the recent Telecom Expense Management Summit in San Francisco this past June during a panel that featured executives from the top TEM providers. Among the questions asked were: How does a provider handle collection, what is their current presence in the international telecom environment, and to what detail can a bill be summarized?
"Currently we are focused on providing detail on international billing down to the product and tax level, as well as down to the user level," stated Babich. "We are excited about leading the TEM market with continued International and Global support features."
