PHOENIX, AZ. (January 31, 2008) Telesoft Corporation, a leading provider of Telecom Expense Management (TEM) solutions, has introduced the wireless help desk service known as the Telesoft Mobility Service. The service is complimentary to the already successful TeleCell wireless management package and allows customers to order service and procure devices through a central help desk provided by Telesoft.

The service will enable an organization to simplify device procurement, activation, disconnect, and help desk support. Organizations utilizing this service will have the ability to continue enforcing policy management while reducing
their overall telecom expense.
