Helps Alleviate Budgeting Pressures
PHOENIX, AZ. (March 12, 2008) Telesoft Corporation, a leading provider of Telecom Expense Management (TEM) solutions, has introduced a program for its customers which allows them to insure against vendor feed changes. The program allows for customers to more effectively budget their telecom expenditures and can save them thousands of dollars in professional services.

"It is a huge burden to our customers when vendors decide to change their feed layout because it ends up costing them in configuration changes to update their system."
Vendors can change their feed layout upwards of two times per year. When a change is made, a configuration request must be submitted. However, since vendor changes cannot always be predicted and therefore budgeted, customers can be put in a tough position. The vendor feed insurance program protects customers from unexpected expenses and relieves budgetary pressures.
