Forum To Be Used As Support Library

PHOENIX, AZ. (November 28, 2007)
Telesoft Corporation, a leading provider of Telecom Expense Management (TEM) solutions, is relaunching their community forum exclusively available to their user base. The purpose of the forum is to create a medium for users and Telesoft personnel alike to interact and provide resources that may be beneficial to the entire community.

"The Community Forum was an excellent concept when we launched it in 2006," stated Karol Pascale, Manager of Implementation and Support for Telesoft Corp. "We realized in order to reach its full potential, additional effort and more community involvement is necessary to maximize the value of the forum, and that is what we are committed to doing now."

The Community Forum had been underutilized over the past year and has been resurrected at the request of our customers at the Telesoft annual user?s conference. As the forum grows in number of posts it will be used as a library that users utilize for common questions and answers. Telesoft plans to infuse usage and interaction by having associates within the organization post tips and tricks relevant to the new 9.1 product release as well as offering a $10 gift card each month for the user that has the most posts.

"We encourage all of our users to visit the community forum and ask any questions they may have," said Pascale. "The closer the community can become the better we can make the Telesoft TEM product to fit their needs."
