Utilize Work Order Scheduling
Work Order requests are time sensitive and can be assigned a timeframe in which the request must be completed, thus coordinating the schedules of the necessary staff to complete the tasks. This module has the ability to allocate work and equipment costs to the appropriate user and/or groups. The Vendor Procurement module with eBonding in conjunction with the Work Order / Trouble Ticket module provides many standard and user-defined reports.
