Multiple extensions can be assigned to a single user, including desk set phones, pagers, home phones, wireless devices, and even PCs and other hardware equipment. Each inventory item can carry attributes including Serial Number, Special Notes, Activation, Expiration, and other critical information.
Inventory Updates via Switch Integration
Utilizing your existing maintenance terminal, information is retrieved by the Switch Integration Interface program. New information and changes to existing extensions will be updated in the system database, based on a comparison within the switch database.

Cost Center Inventory Tracking and Control
Manage user inventory including phones, pagers, calling cards, authorization codes and other user assets centrally.
An unlimited number of inventory items can be associated with a user profile. Each month a user can be assessed one time and recurring charges for that inventory.
Inventory items can be tangible including cellular phones, handsets, calling cards or even routers. They can also be intangible to include voice mail, caller ID or other types of services.
Calling Cards and Auth Codes can also be assigned to each user insuring proper accuracy and accounting of complete call costs across the Enterprise.
