User Costs by Charge Type
A complete monthly history of a user's Incoming Calls, Toll Free, Information, Access, Local, LD and Taxes are visible on a per period basis. Selecting a user returns a 12 month history of monthly recurring charges as well as one time and usage detailed charges for the entire Enterprise.

Call Type Summary
Information, Toll Free, Local or any other type of call can be summarized to display colorful graphs with detailed numbers that return how many local or 800 calls a user or location has made.

NPA-NNX-DDDD Summary
