The system provides automatic email triggers for a variety of work flow functions including invoice review, approval escalation, work order / trouble ticket approval, status change and updates, as well as other pre-defined work flow processes.
eBonding - Electronic Provisioning
Telesoft has been at the forefront of the eBonding initiative, partnering with AT&T, Verizon and other carriers to provide customers this relatively new service. A series of online workshops have been developed with AT&T's eBonding implementation team to educate existing customer and prospects about the eBonding process. Telesoft's procurement strategy provides the format to interchange new work orders and inventory information, as well as billing detail for two-way communications between an eBonding gateway and Telesoft, for "real-time" system updates and increased accuracy.
Communicate directly with each vendor through a single centralized interface. Assign vendors to orders in real time. Create equipment sets by vendor; schedule workloads and technical staff. Work orders can be assigned a timeframe in which the request must be completed. Allocate work and equipment costs to the appropriate user and/or groups.
