Multi-Format Report Delivery
Provide multiple delivery and format choices for standard and custom reports including PDF, HTML, and CSV that can be imported to other 3rd party tools such as MS Excel and Access for additional analysis.
Automated Report Delivery via Scheduler
User-definable templates allow administrators to create reports for distribution and schedule them to run at specified intervals through multiple distribution methods using the System's Report Scheduler. Scheduled reports can be published to a user's web report portal or emailed to users via a stored email list.
Ad Hoc SQL Reporting Tool
Write custom reports with SQL and preset hooks into any field into the database. Wsing web driven look up forms or straight SQL commands, reports can be written and saved in HTML, PDF, CSV or XML format. Over 50 stored queries are available through this module. Once reports are written and saved the Scheduler can be implemented for automatic delivery to individuals or groups, or email notification can be sent for reminders that reports are ready for review.
The Ad Hoc SQL Reporting Tool can be utilized in all modules including Invoice Processing, Call Accounting, Asset Management, TeleCell Wireless Management and Procurement Provisioning.
