Service Hours
Telesoft Corp. offers software support Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, from 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM Arizona time (Please note that Arizona does not observe Daylight Savings Time).
Telesoft's Software Support Department utilizes an ACD (Automatic Call Distribution) phone system which is accessible via an 800 toll free hotline. Customers calling for support are directly connected to a Software Support Specialist. In the event that a support specialist is not available clients can leave a detailed message regarding the issue and a Support Specialist returns their call within eight hours or less, based upon the urgency of the issue.
All support calls are logged in the Telesoft Support Tracking System.
Telesoft offers extended Software Support services outside of standard business hours.
Software Support
Telesoft Corp. provides customers with services in support of its suite of Telemanagement products. Support services are provided only to those employees of the customer who have attended the appropriate training classes.
Hardware Support
Telesoft Corp. provides the client with hardware support for all of the hardware purchased from Telesoft Corp. Support services are provided only to those employees of the client who have attended the appropriate training classes.
