Customers may contact Telesoft Support using the information below. After communicating your issue or questions to our Support team, you will receive a ticket number. We ask that you save this number as a reference for any future interactions on that issue.

  • Telesoft Support Portal: Go to http://my.telesoft.com to get 24X7 access to our customer support knowledge base, known issues, product downloads, documentation, Web Ticket support and much more.
  • Telesoft Phone Support: Call 1-800-456-6061, and select option 1 from the menu.
     

Standard Service Hours for Customers

  • Monday – Friday (excluding holidays), 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM Arizona time. Please note that Arizona does not observe Daylight Savings Time.
  • Telesoft also offers extended Software Support services outside of standard business hours. Please contact us for more details.
