Mobility Portal Purchase Terms and Conditions
Organizations that utilize the Telesoft mobile portal to manage procurement and change activity on mobile device accounts are subject to the following terms and conditions.
In the event that charges are required to complete your purchase, we accept debit cards, prepaid cards, and credit cards from Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. The name you will see on your credit card statement will be “Telesoft”. All transactions are in US dollars.
Each organization that uses the Telesoft portal has its own method for processing returns. Please contact your corporate mobile program administrator before returning any product.
Contact your mobile phone provider or corporate mobile program administrator should you have a problem related to the usability of your device.
Information Collection and Use
We will never intentionally disclose any personal identification information about you as an individual user (such as, for example, your full name, street address, telephone number, credit card number or e-mail address) to any third party without having received your permission. We collect two kinds of information from you: personally-identifiable information that you choose to provide to us and non personally-identifiable information, such as your IP address.
The only personally-identifiable information that we collect is what you voluntarily submit to us. For example, if you e-mail questions or requests for information about Telesoft, we may request your name, mailing address, telephone number and/or e-mail address to respond to your inquiries.
Telesoft may collect and store the information you choose to provide us in order to send you information about Telesoft from time to time.
Telesoft complies with the U.S.-EU Safe Harbor Framework and the U.S.-Swiss Safe Harbor Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information from European Union member countries and Switzerland. Any questions or concerns regarding the use or disclosure of personal information should be directed to Telesoft at the address given below. Telesoft will investigate and attempt to resolve complaints and disputes regarding use and disclosure or personal information in accordance with the principles contained in this Policy.
Non Personally-Identifiable Information
An Internet Protocol (IP) Address is a number used by computers on a network to identify your computer so that data can be transmitted to you. We collect IP Address information in order to administer our web site and to gather broad demographic information.
We may share personally-identifiable and/or non personally-identifiable information with select third parties, including our agents, affiliates, partners and sponsors. Also, we may disclose personally-identifiable information when required to do so under law or in cooperation with a legal request in connection with any law enforcement investigation or other public safety matter.
