Phase 1: Proactive Planning and Requirements Gathering
We don’t engage in pie-in-the-sky discussions about how the solution will work. For Telesoft’s implementation team, if it’s going to happen, it’s going to be viable in your environment and fully documented. During this phase, we work side-by-side with your team to develop detailed project requirements, processes, deliverables, and mutually agreed-upon success criteria.
Phase 2: Designing and Building
Based on the intelligence generated in Phase 1, it’s now possible to perform required integrations and configurations to the Telesoft solution to support your specific deployment goals. In full cooperation with your team and with an understanding of your existing infrastructure, we’ll test and build for optimal success in your environment.
Phase 3: Test, Train, Transition
Now that we’ve comprehensively prepared, we can deploy. At this point, success is nearly inevitable because of the previous layers of planning, testing, and configuration. Still, with a watchful eye we install and configure your software. As part of rollout, we guide the transition to strong adoption, connecting your administrators and end-users to our Training and Support teams.
